Human resources are the set of workers, as well as any natural person found within an organization, sector or economy.

2.     What is the role of human resources? Define in detail.

It is in charge of organizing, planning and managing the different tasks and actions related to the people who make up the company.

3.     What is Capital?

Capital is one of the four factors of production, which is formed by those durable goods destined for production.

Human capital: It is a measure of the economic value of a person's professional skills.

4.     In your opinion, is human resources necessary? Explain.

Human resources are of vital importance in a company. They are the ones that help to better manage personnel administration.

5.     What are the main areas of Human resources?

a.     Organization and planning of the workforce.

b.     Staff selection.

c.      Training.

d.     Evaluation of the staff.

e.     Good weather in the office.

f.       Administrative transactions.

g.     Good working relationship.

6.     Define Human resource management.

It is the administrative process applied to the increase and preservation of effort, practices, health, knowledge and skills of the members of the structure, for the benefit of a subject, of the organization itself.

7.     What are the main responsibilities of a Human Resource Manager? Define them in detail.

a.     Compensation & Benefits: Human resource managers provide guidance and direction to compensation and benefits specialists.

b.     Formation and development: Employee training and development includes new hire orientation, leadership training, and professional development seminars and workshops.

c.      Recruitment and selection: The human resources manager has the ultimate responsibility for the preservation of the employer-employee relationship by designing an effective employee relations strategy.

d.     Labor Relations: HR managers develop strategic solutions to meet labor demand and workforce trends.

8.     Which of the responsibilities you mentioned in the previous questions do you think is the most challenging or a HRM? Why?

I believe that the responsibility for training and development is one of the most challenging as HR managers must oversee needs assessments to determine when training and the type of training is necessary to improve performance and productivity.

9.     What are the most important skills of a Human Resource Manager?

a.     Analytical and organizational skills.

b.     Team management.

c.      Leadership and empathy.

d.     Negotiation skills.

e.     New technologies.

f.       Talent management.
